How to use Buzzblender Studio
Create clear, on-brand internal communication in minutes — company announcements, updates, welcomes and event posters for your office screens.
1. Pick a template
Choose one of the ready-made templates in the left panel: Announcement, Weekly Update, New Hire Welcome, All-Hands / Event, Policy Update, Incident / Outage, Holiday / OOO, Kudos, Office Map or Celebrate Milestone.
Want a clean slate? Click “Start from scratch” for an empty canvas.
2. Choose the screen orientation
Switch between landscape (1920 × 1080, 16:9) for TVs and meeting-room screens, and portrait (1080 × 1920, 9:16) for vertical displays and phones. The layout adapts automatically.
3. Edit text right on the canvas
Double-click any text to type directly on the slide. Press Escape or click outside to finish.
Select a text block to change its font, size, color and alignment in the properties panel.
4. Move, resize and arrange
Drag any element to move it; use the corner handles to resize. Alignment guides help you snap to the center and edges.
Use arrow keys to nudge (hold Shift for bigger steps), Cmd/Ctrl + D to duplicate, Delete to remove, and the layer buttons to bring elements forward or back.
Made a mistake? Undo and Redo are in the toolbar (Cmd/Ctrl + Z, Shift + Cmd/Ctrl + Z).
5. Add and replace images
Upload your own image to add it to the slide, or select an existing picture and click “Replace image” to swap it for a photo, logo or chart.
6. Export and share
Export PNG — a high-resolution image for Slack, email, intranet or digital signage.
Save HTML — a standalone file you can open in any browser. Load it back later with “Load HTML” to keep editing exactly where you left off.
Push to screens — send your message to office displays via Buzzblender.
7. Share your ideas
Missing a template or feature? Click “Send us an idea” in the header — every suggestion goes straight to the team.
